The laboratory is the technical organization for product inspection, measurement and test of the company. It is under the management of the compayny quality department.
The laboratory was established in 2002 and now covers an area of more than 800 square meters. It is equipped with laboratory, three coordinate measurement chamber , salt spray test chamber ,temperature test chamber,measurement chamber,metallographic chamber , and physical & chemical chamber . The test environmental conditions and equipment meet the standard requirements.
The laboratory is equipped with full-time professional inspection technicians, of which the inspectors have many years of inspection and test experience, And through professional training, personnel quality to meet the requirements. At present, the laboratory has a series of test equipment and instruments such as dimensional test and product performance test, and the experimental means are relatively complete.
The laboratory passed three metrological tests in 2004. Certified by Measurement Management System in 2011. In 2013, it passed the approval audit of the supplier Laboratory of JAC Automotive Technology Center Testing Department.
Laboratory testing projects: Metallography, chemical analysis, hardness inspection, metering equipment inspection and maintenance, corrosion resistance test, metal mechanical property test, rubber ozone aging resistance test, Performance strength test and durability test of variable speed control lever assembly , performance strength and durable reliability test of tie rod end assembly, performance strength and fatigue durability test of steering shaft assembly, three-coordinate detection, surface roughness profile detection and surface image projection, etc.,Three types of metering instruments have been verified by Yuhuan Market Supervision Administration and Taizhou City Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Calibration and verification of measuring instruments can be carried out independently, Legal effect of reports issued.
The laboratory maintains long-term cooperation with Pony Testing International Group, CIMC standard technical services Co., Ltd., Yuhuan Metrology Testing Institute,Taizhou Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and other third-party laboratories.
The laboratory's metrology system is periodically verified by the Technical Supervision Bureau of Yuhuan City, which is accredited by ISO guideline 25.
